Supply of equipment and components
We provide import of the required equipment and components from European countries and the USA to manufacturing and trading enterprises from manufacturer to consumer, including payment for goods, delivery and customs clearance.
Request for required equipment and components
We tried to simplify the procedure as much as possible and developed an interface that allows all specialists involved in the process, from the supplier relations manager to the customs broker, to work with your application.
If you have any questions regarding the documentation of the relationship and the cost of services, please request a call back or send a request through the feedback form.
1. Getting started - Creating an account
The standard registration procedure, upon completion, you will have access to the user account, which you can always go to by clicking on the name you entered during registration. Also, a password to access your personal account will be sent to the email address you provided (it may end up in the spam folder).
2. Account confirmation
At this stage, you need to confirm the email address you entered when registering your account. The procedure is standard. You will need to click on the “confirm email” option, go to the mail interface, find the letter and click (go) to the link.
3. Creating an Application
To create an Application or call up a list of previously created ones, use the "Requests" menu on the left.
To create a request, click on the “Create request” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
After creating a new Application, you will have access to an interface with the Route and Cargo sections.
3. Work with the Application / Route
The "Route" interface is provided for entering address data where equipment and components should be delivered. As you work with the Application of transport logistics specialists, in this section you will be able to see the routes - intermediate countries and transshipment addresses of the equipment and components supplied to you.
4. Work with the Application / Cargo
The "Cargo" interface is provided for generating a list of equipment or components required for delivery.
4.1 Working with Request / Cargo > Creating a product group
The "Cargo" interface provides the ability to create product groups for more convenient sorting of equipment or components. For example, you require CNC machines and hand tools, and it is logical to assume that groups with such names will allow you to work more comfortably with the product range.
4.2 Working with Request / Cargo > Creating a product item
The "Cargo" interface provides the ability to create a commodity item for subsequent work with its card. The picture below shows, as an example, some of the data that will be entered as you work with the product range.
A product item can be “Main” or “Nested”. For example, you need a metalworking machine that includes additional, removable components included in the kit but separated from the main product.
Procedure for processing Applications for the supply of equipment and components
1. Work with manufacturers - suppliers
Our specialists begin working with the manufacturer - supplier of the equipment or components you require after forming a list and entering unique properties such as “model”, “manufacturer”, etc. into the product item cards.
You can enter data in Russian - our specialists will translate it into English or the supplier’s language and make a cost request (transportation costs are taken into account in the “Route” section).
1.1 Identification of correct HS codes
To determine the exact final cost of imported equipment and components, a customs clearance specialist identifies the corresponding HS codes and import duties. In the process of working with the application, the specialist can request documents necessary for import both from the client and from the manufacturer-supplier.
1.2 Determining the optimal delivery route
Once a list of equipment and components has been generated, a transport logistics specialist will work out the optimal delivery route.
